1. 📋 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, installing, or using IslamZKT ("the App", "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service and uninstall the application.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and IslamZKT ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use IslamZKT, regardless of geographic location.

IslamZKT is a comprehensive Islamic digital toolkit that provides:

The service is provided free of charge and is designed to assist Muslims in fulfilling their religious obligations and accessing Islamic resources.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IslamZKT for the following purposes:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

We disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of our service
We are not responsible for decisions made based on calculations or information provided
We do not guarantee the religious accuracy or acceptability of our tools across all Islamic schools of thought
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is currently zero as the service is free)

All content, features, functionality, branding, logos, and underlying source code of IslamZKT are and will remain the exclusive property of IslamZKT and its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

Software code and algorithms
User interface design and graphics
Text content and Islamic resources
Trademarks, service marks, and logos
Calculation methodologies and databases

These are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. 🔄 Modifications to Terms and Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the application or on our website. Material changes will be communicated through:

Email notifications (if contact information is provided)
Updates to the "Last Modified" date

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the service.

10. 🚫 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to IslamZKT immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms & Conditions
Violation of applicable laws or regulations
Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and you must uninstall the application from your devices.

11. 🌍 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

In the spirit of Islamic principles of justice and reconciliation, we encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes or concerns. We are committed to addressing issues fairly and promptly in accordance with Islamic values.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, parties agree to seek resolution through Islamic arbitration or mediation before pursuing formal legal action.

IslamZKT is intended for use by Muslims worldwide. However, users are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations. Some features may not be available in all countries due to legal restrictions.
